Child Policy

The support of our community is very important to us and we welcome the public to enjoy salon and spa services. Being a teaching salon and spa, we do have some age restrictions in order to maintain the safety, expectations, and experience of clients and students alike. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation around the following guidelines:

Manicures, Pedicures, makeup and skin treatments

Hair services
➢ 12+
Waxing hair removal, lash services and gel enhancements
➢ 16+
Body services
➢ 19+

Due to safety and insurance reasons, if you arrive for your service accompanied by young children, your service may be re-booked or cancelled in order to adhere to this policy. Our school contains sharp implements, hot styling tools, wax, and various chemicals used in services which make for a potentially dangerous environment for unsupervised young children. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.

Older children (12+), who are capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised for several hours, may wait in the provided reception seating area, keeping in mind that services performed in a teaching environment generally take much longer than regular salons/spa therefore it is not recommended.

No Show and Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations affect 3 people: you, the student service provider and the client who could have had that appointment.

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time are no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and no shows follow this policy:

1st Time – It’s on us, we understand people get busy and things change
2nd Time – 50% deposit required on your next appointment
3rd Time – Your next three appointments with us will need to be booked for the same day.

Spa/Salon Client Satisfaction

The staff and students at Elevate Beauty pride themselves on providing you with quality service and excellent customer care. We appreciate your support for this invaluable hands-on training that is vital in our student’s learning path.

• Our menu prices are approximately 50% less than the industry standard for a licensed professional.

• Consultations are offered free of charge and are highly recommended for first time clients. During the consultation, the instructor will provide the student the coaching required to decide what is best for your needs.

• We do not issue refunds on services and by signing our client waiver you are confirming your consent that you are being worked on by a student where exact results cannot be guaranteed.

• Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received at the school, please do notify us within 72 hours of your service as this feedback is critical to the student’s learning. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will book a return appointment so that your service results can be visually inspected by the student and the instructor. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction. Due to our discounted prices you may be charged a fee of 75% off the second service provided to correct the issue.
